Founder & Principal, CrestIQ AI
Gaurav Gupta is a global strategy and operations leader with experience across the US, India, and the Middle East & North Africa, spanning banking, e-commerce, startups, and operations.
He began his career with Axis Bank and Citibank, before moving to the US to pursue an MBA from the University of Rochester, New York.
At eBay, he managed search analytics, performance optimization, and growth strategy across global classifieds platforms including Gumtree UK, Gumtree Australia, Kijiji Canada, and Marktplaats NL.
He later led global customer support operations across the Middle East & North Africa at Dataflow Group, and went on to build and scale ventures across tech and legal-finance, working with investors, operators, and international partners.
Today, he leads CrestIQ AI, helping businesses scale efficiently through AI and automation.
